Shipping policy

Standard Shipping
Delivered in 10 to 14 business days. This is our default shipping option and is available on every order.

Express / Insured Shipping
Delivered in 5 to 8 business days. This option includes package insurance for added peace of mind and priority handling from the moment your order ships.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping begins. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your IROND ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please note that carrier delays are occasionally outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
